Take the many steps down to this bay early morning and you will be blessed with the days 1st light illuminating it's steep East facing cliff faces. Curse the fact that you have all those steps to climb back up and how the weight of your camera gear is slowly dismantling the complex make up of your spine and shoulder arrangements.
