Brimham Rocks

Not so much a shot of the more prominent formations to be found but more of a small inclusion with views westward across the dales.

This rock formation puzzles you on first sight, the whole area looks off another planet, it reminded me of the many standing stones found throughout Britain, at the same time though it almost reminded me of some sort of animal sanctuary, perhaps a home for monkeys or orang-utans, the only thing close to their absence was a group of young climbers of the human kind, rope for tails, shuffling up and down the rock faces till the sun went down and we all headed home............
